このスキルは、産業成長が一様ではない前提で、特に非連続的な産業成長 （例: 核融合発電、全固体電池）に注目し、ベンチマークを上回る ボラティリティとリターンを期待する運用提案を行うために使う。ボラティリティ管理だけに依存せず、最大許容ドローダウンとリスク予算（テーマ/銘柄）を先に定義して運用することを前提にする。
