Troubleshooting
- "Plaud token not found" — run
plaud auth setup or set PLAUD_TOKEN env var
- 401 Unauthorized — token expired, run
plaud auth setup again
- Analysis timeout — increase timeout:
client.transcriptions.wait(id, timeout=900)
