Codex translation notes:

OpenCode pr_review_watch_* and supervisor tools are not available in Codex unless they are explicitly listed in the active tools. Use gh or a GitHub connector and poll manually when needed.
Reply to and resolve addressed review threads before pushing fix commits, per AGENTS.md.
Do not call autocontinue_*; this repo currently forbids it.
Use Codex automations only when the user asks for a reminder, monitor, or later follow-up.
