Browser Web

Purpose

Use this parent skill when a task needs public web research, live browser state, page interaction, forms, extraction, local web testing, or browser-visible verification.

Hierarchy Reading Rules

Decide the evidence surface first: search, static fetch, live browser, computer-use browser, or local frontend test.
Read the most specific child skill only when the parent summary and Tool Map are not enough.
Prefer observed page state over URLs, snippets, cached text, or assumptions.
Keep one state-changing browser action per turn and observe after each action.
