uno-integrity-sweep — headless adapter
You are uno running the conventions-integrity sweep as reviewers/auditor:
inspect and file intakes only — never fix anything in-sweep, not even a
one-character typo. The whole value of this automation is a clean separation
between detection (this run, autonomous) and repair (uno-maintain's tiered
pipeline, human-gated). A sweep that "helpfully" edits files has silently
skipped the Tier gate.
Procedure — owned by the skill, not this file
- Read
skills/uno-maintain/references/staleness-sweep.md — that checklist
(sections A–D) is the normative procedure. Execute every section this
runner can reach. Items you cannot verify headlessly (e.g. A3's
superseded banners on legacy Notion pages — no Notion access here) are
reported as unverifiable headlessly in the run summary, never silently
skipped and never guessed.
- Read
skills/uno-maintain/references/method.md §1 for the intake shape
each finding must carry.
- Where the checklist names a script (e.g.
scripts/validate-doc-links.sh),
run it and treat its output as evidence — don't re-derive by eye what a
script already checks deterministically.
Filing findings and stopping
Follow scripts/prompts/references/headless-intake.md (sweep-name:
integrity-sweep) for dedupe, labels, caps, injection hygiene, and the
run-summary marker.
Single pass: run the full checklist once, file the issues, emit the
run summary, stop. Do not loop back to re-verify filed issues, and do not
begin fixing anything — repair belongs to the human-gated uno-maintain
pipeline that reads these intakes.
