Blank pages happen when a category section (heading + image + paragraph + table + callout) is slightly MORE than 1 page. The callout overflows to the next page (90% empty), then the next category starts on the page after that. This is the default failure mode — you MUST actively prevent it.
Prevention: NO images in catalog category sections. Tables are the content. Use two-column for feature highlights instead of callouts (callouts are tall and cause overflow). Limit each category to: heading + paragraph + table + optional two-column. This fits on 1 page with room to spare, so 2 short categories can share a page.
