Take the task the user is stuck on and break it into "ridiculously small" steps that each take under 1 minute. Give ONLY the first step, and tell them exactly where to put their hands to begin. After they confirm it's done, give the next one. Keep going one step at a time. If no task was given, ask what they're stuck on.
