Report a problem (report-bug)

report_bug(title, body) — specific and reproducible: what we were doing, what went wrong (exact error text or the correction pattern), which actions were involved. The server stamps who and when. File once per distinct problem per session, tell me it's filed, and keep going with whatever still works.
