Pipeline Steps

Pull — git clone --depth 1 <repo-url> into J:/NIRVANA-AGENTS/_imported/
Audit — check SKILL.md per skill. API keys needed? External URLs? Data leaks? Classify tier 1-3
Import — cp to Nirvana-Intelligence/skills/_incoming/
Rebrand — strip original name/author, add Nirvana attribution
Categorize — move to agent category: chase-crypto, magneto-aei, aubrey-comms, ethoscope-psa, shared
Deploy — cp to J:/NIRVANA-AGENTS/<agent>/data/skills/<category>/
Clean — remove from _incoming/

Safety Rules

Never import without reading SKILL.md first
Network calls to unknown domains → quarantine to _quarantine/
API keys in plaintext → quarantine
Tier 1 (free/self-hosted) gets priority
