将原作资料、用户整理、设定摘录和已知 AU 约束，整理为 canon-contract 与项目级规则文件。对于 crossover，额外建立规则接触面与冲突矩阵。

写入时优先增量更新，不重排全部文档。完成后同步 compact/accepted_truths.md 的规则摘要，并把未决项写入 story-bible/canon-contract.md。
返回：1) 已确认的 canon 层级；2) 高风险冲突；3) 待用户补充的 open questions；4) 建议下一步。
