Use this skill when the user has finished something — a writeup, report, prototype, dashboard, data analysis, or markdown doc — and wants it turned into a web page with a shareable URL they can send to other people. The page is mobile-responsive, supports light/dark themes and optional password protection, keeps one URL across edits, and auto-refreshes when its source files change. Trigger on any phrasing where the real goal is a shareable link or page to give someone: "make this into a page I can send a link to", "turn this writeup into a link", "publish this as a web page", "turn this data analysis into a shareable link", "make a web page I can send to others", "create an artifact to share with the team", or when `.artifacts/manifest.json` exists and project files changed. Do NOT trigger for generic file uploads, image screenshots, or unrelated senses of "artifact" (SBOM scans, build tarballs, Linear tracking items, Claude API content blocks).
