Detect admin settings Vue components registered in the vue-router. Admin settings are rendered by Nextcloud's settings framework via `AdminSettings.php`; adding their Vue components to the in-app router exposes them as publicly-accessible frontend routes, bypassing all server-side access checks. ADR-004 hard rule. Observed 2026-04-30 on doriath where `/settings → AdminRoot` was a route in `src/router/index.js` (commit c7c72e9).
Run `composer audit` to check composer.lock dependencies for known CVEs. Invoked by the builder before push and the reviewer's mandatory block. Mirrors the orchestrator's `composer-audit` quality gate.
Scan lib/ for forbidden debug helpers (var_dump / die / error_log / print_r / dd / dump) that should not ship. Invoked by the builder before push, by the reviewer as Mandatory Step 2, and by the fixer during a retry. Mirrors the orchestrator's `forbidden-patterns` quality gate.

Run the full Hydra pipeline locally against a disposable test repo.
Input: Flags are optional. Example: /local-run --spec-dir /tmp/todo-mvp-spec --repo-url https://github.com/algorithm-conduction/todo-app
Defaults (if no flags given):
--spec-dir: ask the user--repo-url: ask the user--github-user: derived from repo-url, or algorithm-conduction--repo-name: derived from repo-url, or todo-appSteps — execute all steps without interruption. Only stop if something fails.
Parse flags from the user's input. If --spec-dir or --repo-url are missing, ask once.
Setup test repo
secrets/.env (source it, never read/display contents)<name>-<timestamp> via GitHub API (museum pattern, ignore if 404)auto_init: true via GitHub APIopenspec/changes/<spec-basename>/ via GitHub Contents APIBuild images from repo root:
podman build -f images/builder/Dockerfile -t localhost/hydra-builder:test . -q
podman build -f images/reviewer/Dockerfile -t localhost/hydra-reviewer:test . -q
podman build -f images/security/Dockerfile -t localhost/hydra-security:test . -q
Use ${CONTAINER_RUNTIME} if set, otherwise auto-detect podman/docker.
Run Builder
bash scripts/dev-run.sh <spec-dir> builder --repo-url <repo-url>
Extract result from output (turns, cost, error status).
Detect PR URL from GitHub API — find the open PR on the repo.
Run Reviewer + Security in parallel (use background Bash tasks):
bash scripts/dev-run.sh - reviewer --repo-url <repo-url> --pr-url <pr-url>
bash scripts/dev-run.sh - security --repo-url <repo-url> --pr-url <pr-url>
