Refactor Validation

Validation layers for modernization: behavioral parity, modern quality, structural.

Layers

Behavioral: contracts, tests, ./build.sh check, check-parity pass.
Modern: apply patterns from modern-patterns, no legacy smells.
Structural: boundaries clean, no god files, explicit over implicit.
