Create a backlog item with standardized 5-subfolder structure in Google Drive. Auto-selects and auto-pulls.
Initialize Sprint Artifact project config (folder ID, year, default backlog folder).
Move a task folder between Backlogs and Sprint folders. Local folder moves automatically.
Push .planning/ files to active task in Google Drive. Auto-syncs after push.
