Keep tenant/project lookups out of scope unless current MCP evidence proves them; otherwise record data_gaps.

Repository Inspection Rules

Use only Antigravity CLI read-only file tools: Glob, Grep, LS, and Read. Do not use Bash.

7. Apply the summary ladder to gathered evidence only.
