Project context
- Primary reference drafts live in
raw_inputs/style_samples/ (supported formats: pdf, txt, md)
- Optional fallback references: previous saved application letters in
applications/**/final_draft.md
- Output goes to
memory/style_guidelines.md (style guidelines), not memory/writing_strategies.md (writing strategies)
- If
memory/style_guidelines.md does not exist yet, create it from scratch using the output format below.
Workflow
- Read all reference drafts provided via
@file references.
- If no drafts were provided and
raw_inputs/style_samples/ appears empty:
- Look for prior drafts in
applications/ (especially applications/**/final_draft.md).
- Ask the user to pick a small set (e.g. 3–7) application slugs/drafts that best represent their voice.
- Read only the user-selected
final_draft.md files (do not guess).
- If
@memory/style_guidelines.md exists, read it to preserve any existing style guidelines. If it does not exist yet, start from an empty file.
- Analyze the drafts across the six dimensions below.
- Write the complete updated
memory/style_guidelines.md.
