注意事项

• smart_list_pipelines 支持自然语言时间引用（"今天"、"本周"等），优先使用
• 创建流水线时优先使用 IDE 检测（git config、项目文件）获取参数
• 查看日志需要 pipelineRunId 和 jobId，先从运行详情获取
• generate_pipeline_yaml 仅生成 YAML 不创建，适合预览
