Microchunk Rejection
For simple_microchunked2D rejection, read .github/skills/simple-microchunk-rejection/SKILL.md and doc/microchunk_and_rejection/microchunk_rejection_policy.md before editing. Preserve sentinel-driven restart behavior and the skip_pass_2 direct pass-1-to-ref/match path.
Working Rule
Do not assume batch semantics apply unchanged to stream code; stage boundaries and artifact cadence matter here.
