Each domain (Detection, Response, Cloud, AppSec, Identity, Red Team, Governance, Platform) is scored independently and weighted into a composite score.

Domain Score = (Controls Passing / Total Controls) × 100 × Maturity Multiplier

• Managed (consistent execution): 0.9
• Optimized (measured and improving): 1.0
