Maintain a personal literature knowledge wiki: a structured, interlinked markdown base where every paper the user reads is summarized, cross-referenced, and integrated into evolving entity/method/system pages, so synthesis built over months is not rediscovered each query. PDF-only papers (no .tex/arXiv) whose equations or tables matter are first converted via a real `Skill(skill="pdf-extract", ...)` call. Use to ingest a paper, query accumulated literature, find contradictions across papers read, lint stale claims, or build cross-source synthesis. Trigger on '加入文献wiki', '把这篇加进去', '我读完这篇了', '归档这篇', '更新文献库', '我之前看过谁的 X 工作', 'ingest this paper', 'update the wiki', 'what does my wiki say about X', 'add to my literature wiki'. Do NOT trigger for fresh literature discovery, reference recommendations, or DOI/BibTeX lookup unless the user explicitly says 'add to wiki', 'query my wiki', or 'lint the wiki'; for discovery, delegate to literature-search.

Maintain the user's personal research portfolio wiki at ~/research-wiki-personal/, including projects, papers, ideas, failures, methods, collaborators, talks, reviews, funding, profile refreshes, and CV snapshots. Use to record a project, log a paper, capture an idea, document a failed attempt, update collaborator notes, or snapshot research history. Trigger on 记一下我做的, 加进我的研究档案, 新研究 idea, 这次没 work, 更新我的 profile, log this project, add to my portfolio, what have I worked on, snapshot my research. For paper-content notes use literature-wiki instead.
