Always active when CLAUDE.md mentions this skill or the project has a docs/planning/global-plan.md. Triggered by explicit /learning-guide invocation or by any shorthand command: --R to generate reports, --| to save the session, --|-- to restore session, --s to show status, --v to finalise phase, --v--FORCE to force finalise. Also triggered when the user asks to continue a previous session, check project status, or resume where they left off.
