This directory stores shared reference documents consumed by real SDD skills
(for example: sdd-phase-common.md, persistence-contract.md).
_shared is a support package only. Do not invoke it as a skill.
Trigger: judgment day, dual review, adversarial review, juzgar. Run explicit blind dual review with at most two scoped fix/re-judgment rounds.
Implement SDD tasks from specs and design. Trigger: orchestrator launches apply for one or more change tasks.
Trigger: SDD verification phase, verify change. Execute tests and prove implementation matches specs, design, and tasks.
