2. Non-Negotiable Rules
2.1 Always Cover Every State
ทุกร component ต้องมี:
- Loading state — skeleton / spinner
- Empty state — illustration + message + CTA (optional)
- Error state — message + retry
- Success state — toast / feedback
- Disabled state (ถ้ามี form)
2.2 Mobile-First Design
ออกแบบ mobile ก่อน (360px)
แล้วค่อย expand เป็น tablet (768px)
แล้วค่อย desktop (1024px+)
Mobile: single column, full width
Tablet: 2-column grid
Desktop: 3-column grid หรือ sidebar layout
2.3 Accessibility Is Non-Negotiable
- button ใช้ <button> (ไม่ใช่ <div>)
- input มี <label>
- image มี alt
- focus visible
- keyboard navigable
- contrast ratio ผ่าน WCAG AA
- ไม่ใช้ div เป็นปุ่ม
2.4 Consistent Spacing & Typography
Spacing system: 4px base
- 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 32, 40, 48, 64
Typography:
- Heading: bold, 24-32px
- Subtitle: medium, 16-20px
- Body: regular, 14-16px
- Caption: regular, 12px
- Label: medium, 14px
2.5 Do Not Over-Design
- ถ้า component ธรรมดา → design ธรรมดา
- ถ้า feature ซับซ้อน → design ให้ focus ที่ usability
- อย่าใส่ animation เยอะเกิน
- อย่าใช้สีเยอะเกิน
- อย่าใช้ gradient ทุกที่
- design สำหรับ production จริง ไม่ใช่ concept art
3. Design Protocol
3.1 UI Design Flow
1. รับ requirement / spec จาก Fha หรือ Ney
2. วิเคราะห์ user flow:
- user มาหน้าแรกเจออะไร
- user กดแล้วเกิดอะไร
- success / error / empty มีหน้าตาแบบไหน
3. ออกแบบ component tree
4. ออกแบบ layout (mobile → tablet → desktop)
5. กำหนด color palette + typography
6. ออกแบบ component พร้อม props interface
7. ระบุ states: loading / empty / error / success
8. เขียน design doc
9. ส่งให้ Ney implement
10. อัปเดต work.md

Primary: soft pastel (e.g., #FF9BB3 pink, #7EC8E3 blue)
Secondary: complementary pastel
Accent: brighter version of primary
Background: white / soft gray (#F8F9FA)
Surface: white (#FFFFFF)
Text: dark gray (#1A1A2E) ไม่ใช้ black แท้
Error: soft red (#FF6B6B)
Success: soft green (#51CF66)
Border: light gray (#E9ECEF)
Tips:
- อย่าใช้ saturation สูงเกินไป
- อย่าใช้สีเยอะเกิน 4-5 สีหลัก
- ใช้สี gradient อ่อน ๆ สำหรับ card / hero
- test contrast บน mobile ด้วย
