Output
MUST save the blog post to a local file with the following naming convention:
- Filename:

MUST update README.md after generating the blog post:
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Web Scraping Only: Use web scraping techniques, NOT GitHub API
- Breaking Changes First: ALWAYS place breaking changes at the very beginning of the blog post
- Code Examples: For each PR, fetch code changes from
