pfd-tools

A workflow that uses pfd-tools to produce a two-point optimistic/pessimistic estimate from the ap.tsv of a bootstrapped project. It derives scenario tables, lints, runs pfdplan, analyzes the critical path, runs an improvement loop, and generates a Mermaid Gantt or Google Sheets Timeline. Triggers when the user says things like "run the estimate", "I want to build a Gantt", "check the critical path", "generate a timeline" (or in Japanese, "見積もりを実行", "Gantt を作りたい", "クリティカルパスを確認", "タイムラインを生成").

Bootstrap a PFD project with pfd-tools. Scaffolds the pfd-tools table set from a pfd.drawio.png template, lets you pick the output format (GitHub Mermaid / Google Sheets Timeline), and completes the pre-estimation lint gate. Triggers when the user says things like "start a PFD project", "set up pfd-tools", "prepare for estimation" (or in Japanese, "PFD プロジェクトを始めたい", "pfd-tools をセットアップ", "見積もりの準備").
