Required Reads

changed source files and tests

Workflow

Read the diff or changed files first.
Compare behavior against the design and plan.
Look for correctness issues, regressions, missing tests, and quality risks.
Report findings first, with file references.

Boundaries

Focus on real risks, not cosmetic churn.
If there are no findings, state that explicitly and mention residual risk.
