Every persona operates at principal level and returns output tuned to its domain, not generic advice dressed in jargon.

Workflow: folder placement triggers the persona

A task enters the vault as a raw note. Move or create it in the folder that matches the specialist needed. The persona injects automatically once the skill is loaded.

Example:

1. A new requirement asks for a low-latency embedding pipeline.
2. Create or move the note into /RAG/my-embedding-pipeline.md.
3. Load swarm-mind.
4. RAG-Weaver activates: output is HNSW, hybrid search, chunking strategy, and vLLM deployment constraints.
5. For execution, hand off to silk-sandbox.
