如果本轮是 discussion/proposal 路径，先让 requirement-analyst 输出需求摘要，再让 story-architect、character-designer、worldbook-designer 组合生成 proposal fragment；增量修订统一交给 asset-reviser。
运行 python app.py story-room "$0"，生成 workflow/pending_confirmations/story_setup.json。
读取 proposal，确认 story_setup_brief.json、story_core_asset.json、character_cards/manifest.json、character_cards/<character_id>.json、worldbook_entries/manifest.json、worldbook_entries/<entry_id>.json、story_thread_pack.json 的预览内容是否成立。
只有在用户明确确认后，运行 python app.py confirm-stage "$0" story_setup --scope bundle；如果是后续单资产修订，则运行 python app.py confirm-stage "$0" story_setup --scope character-card --asset-id "<character_id>" 或 python app.py confirm-stage "$0" story_setup --scope worldbook-entry --asset-id "<entry_id>"。
读取 projects/$0/source_assets/story_setup/story_setup_brief.json、projects/$0/source_assets/story_setup/story_core_asset.json、projects/$0/published/effective_views/story_view.json 与 projects/$0/workflow/view_readiness_report.json，确认 story setup 已进入 bridge 可消费态。
返回中文摘要，并建议 bundle 场景进入 /chapter-room，单资产场景进入 /character-room 或 /worldbook-room。
