Overview

When to Use
- Sprint closing — generate SI-02 (Test Report), PM-02 (Meeting Minutes), SI-04 (Release Notes)
- Release tagging — update PM-01 (Project Plan/Roadmap)
- Audit preparation — verify document completeness
