When to use
- After drafting a product vision
- Before presenting a vision to stakeholders
- When evaluating vision strength and gaps
Process
- Provide your vision document (file path or paste content)
- Evidence Readiness Check verifies: vision statement exists, user problem referenced, time horizon indicated
- If missing essentials, status = Hold with prompts to add missing pieces
- Score against 4 Vision Criteria (0-5 each)
