Use this skill whenever a user wants to read, understand, analyze, or discuss an AI research paper. Triggers include: user uploads a PDF of a paper, user mentions a paper by title or arxiv link, user pastes an abstract or section and asks for help understanding it, user asks 'can you explain this paper', 'help me read this', 'break down this paper', or 'what does this paper do'. Also trigger when user asks about a specific model, method, or technique that likely originates from a paper (e.g. 'explain DINOv2', 'how does LoRA work', 'what is Flash Attention'). Always use this skill proactively. Do NOT trigger for: general ML concept questions with no paper reference, coding help unrelated to a paper, dataset questions, or tool comparisons.
