Trigger on: cost-benefit analysis, CBA, pros and cons analysis, policy analysis, trade-off analysis, expected value calculation, "should we do X", "is X worth it", "weigh the costs and benefits", impact analysis, decision analysis, risk-benefit analysis, or any request to systematically evaluate whether something is a good or bad idea.
