Two apps: protostar-react (Vite/React, dev port 5173) and protostar-ai-dev-flask-api (Flask, port 5002). Needs local Postgres + Neo4j running; connection settings in protostar-ai-dev-flask-api/dbconfig.ini (gitignored; template alongside).
