Operational Readiness Requirements Source
Operational readiness requirements are fetched from the architecture repo via the hyperfleet-architecture skill. Use the Skill tool to fetch relevant standards (health-endpoints, graceful-shutdown, metrics) and the operational readiness requirements from the architecture repo. If the skill is unavailable (see Dynamic context), follow the error handling procedure in the Error Handling section. The reference file checks.md defines the check methodology — what to grep for and how to evaluate — while the actual requirements come from the architecture repo.

Audit Execution
For Each Applicable Check
- Determine applicability based on repository type
- Execute check commands listed in references/checks.md
- Evaluate results against pass/fail criteria
- Record status as PASS, PARTIAL, or FAIL
- Document specific gaps with file locations and remediation
Output Format
Follow the report structure defined in references/output-format.md. The report must include:
- Header with repository name, path, type, date, and requirements source
- Summary table with all checks, statuses, severities, and applicability
- Overall readiness percentage
- Detailed findings per check with evidence and gaps
- Recommendations grouped by severity (Critical, Major, Minor)

Error Handling
If the skill cannot complete an audit:
- hyperfleet-architecture skill unavailable: Inform the user that the dependency is missing, provide installation instructions (
/plugin install hyperfleet-architecture@openshift-hyperfleet/hyperfleet-claude-plugins), and skip the audit
- Unknown repo type: Ask user to specify or default to "Tooling" (most restrictive)
- No Helm chart: Skip Helm-related checks and note in report
- No Go code: Skip code-based checks and note in report
- Partial checks: Report which checks could not be performed
Always provide partial results where possible and suggest manual verification steps for incomplete checks.
