Launch multiple background agents in parallel only when the extra coverage is worth the context and wall-clock cost.

Search Strategy

Synthesize ALL findings into:
- File inventory with absolute paths
- Pattern summary - what patterns exist
- Key findings - most relevant discoveries
- Gaps identified - what wasn't found
