Skill: Vibecode Execution Templates
Sidecar Skill for the /vibecode workflow. Contains execution templates,
verification checklists, and report formats that the Agent loads only when
executing a specific mode.
Pattern: Workflow = Logic → Sidecar Skill = Data Router.

Phase Context Reload (Session Mode)
