Workflow

1. Identify the user's city or likely city.
2. Determine whether they need:
   • airport to accommodation
   • local transit card setup
   • student concession guidance
   • app recommendations
   • intercity versus city transit clarification

4. Verify city-specific current information on official transport sites before answering with exact current details.
5. If the user does not specify a city, ask or give a city-split answer.
