night-shift

Autonomous agent that runs while the human is away. Trigger with "/night-shift" or phrases like "start night shift", "going to sleep", "take over for the night", "keep working while I'm away". The skill routes based on context: if no shift is active, it starts one; if a shift is already active, it prompts Stop / Resume / Abandon. Stop phrases like "stop night shift" or "end night shift" run the end procedure directly. The user approves ONE thing — an objective. Key Results and their tasks are decided iteratively during execution, each gated by a Codex review. The shift ends either when Codex and the agent agree further work would be over-engineering, or at an 8-hour hard cap. Each shift is an independent run with its own folder under `.night-shift/runs/<RUN_ID>/`; previous runs are kept as history. Use this any time the user wants unattended autonomous work or overnight runs.
