- No PoC = No Submission — reports without exploitation path are 100% Informative
- Quality > Quantity — 3 deep-dives > 16 skims. Tool-First (Slither/CodeQL before code)
- Orchestrator MUST NOT analyze directly — delegate to agents. Reading code directly = context waste
- Agent model parameter MANDATORY — unspecified model inherits opus = 3-5x token waste

Pipeline Rules

- No HIGH+ signal at 2hr mark → ABANDON (after checklist pass)
REMINDER: No PoC = No Submission. Quality over Quantity. Orchestrator delegates, never analyzes directly. Evidence Tier E1/E2 required for submission. Triage feedback checked before every Gate.
Gotchas
- E3/E4 evidence submissions accumulate NA verdicts → account suspension risk (Bugcrowd 30-day suspension lesson)
- Auth format mismatch (Bearer vs IdToken) causes silent 401s that look like "no vuln" — always verify from actual traffic
- triager-sim STRENGTHEN verdict max 2x — 3rd attempt = auto KILL, don't waste tokens
- Gate 2 without live PoC = guaranteed KILL — never submit report-only findings
- AI Slop Score >5 = KILL at Phase 4.5 — use report_scrubber.py before triager-sim
