Question Types

STAR Method

• Situation — set the scene briefly
• Task — what was your responsibility?
• Action — what did YOU specifically do?
• Result — what was the measurable outcome?

Tips

• Quantify achievements with numbers
• Keep answers 60-90 seconds
• Prepare 5-7 versatile stories that cover multiple competencies
• Research the company and mention specifics
