Use this skill when the user asks to run the migrated source command QUICK_REFERENCE.
/write <题材或想法>
/write 会完成风格选择或蒸馏、灵感卡、/outline、第一个 /cluster-write 和 /cluster-save-state。之后每个故事块结束只停在走向卡选择。
新增成熟功能或模型时，只能落成这条链路里的 required plan step 或 required 子步骤。
