TOPdesk Compliance PII

Use this skill before exposing tenant data in Power BI, AI, demos, screenshots, logs, or documentation.

Workflow

Scan field catalogs and snapshots for likely PII fields and sensitive text.
Classify exposure by field, entity, sample presence, report impact, and AI usage risk.
Recommend minimization: remove, hash, aggregate, mask, tokenize, or restrict via RLS/OLS.
Separate safe metadata from raw tenant values.
Keep credentials and raw sensitive samples out of source-controlled reports.

Scripts

Use scripts/scan_pii_catalog.py against rest_field_catalog.csv generated by tenant mapping.
