Adversarial second-opinion code review for the `review` slot: a standard structural pass plus an adversarial review by a different LLM to catch correlated blind spots. Returns the fixed pass/fail/needs-human verdict. Swappable review occupant; runs as a configured slot, not the user `/` menu.

Where to focus — what shipped, what's stuck, what to work on next, and what an overnight beep-boop run parked. Default `evaluator` slot occupant — the code-blind holdout JUDGE. Given a spec + a running env (never the codebase), it classifies the spec's DoD, exercises the born-verifiable criteria against the running feature, forces prose criteria to needs-human, and emits a `faff-contract:holdout-verdict` block before tearing the env down. Runs as a configured slot, not the user `/` menu.

Turn a vague ticket into something you can actually build — explores the codebase, writes a spec, attaches it to the issue. Trigger for: 'prep ISSUE-XX' / 'prep this' / 'spec this out' / 'what does this ticket need?'.

Default `env` slot occupant — the environment PROVISIONER. Reads the architecture proposal + the team's infra profile and stands up a representative, health-checked local stand-in via docker-compose, seeds it with a synthetic dataset, and emits a `faff-contract:env-handle` block the evaluator points at and tears down. Runs as a configured slot, not the user `/` menu.

Start something new. Kick off an empty project, or capture a new feature, bug, or idea — and turn it into a sensible set of tickets. Default `spec` producer — turns an issue plus explore findings into a buildable lite-nlspec spec (WHY-WHAT-HOW-DONE) with a confidence self-rating. The light default. Runs via faff-prep, not the user `/` menu.

Default `prd` slot occupant — the code-blind PRD-admissibility producer. Given only a PRD document, it judges whether the PRD's stop-conditions are machine-verifiable and how wide the implementation's creative licence is, then produces one `faff-contract:prd-readiness` block. The L4 run-start gate pipes that block to `faff contract prd-readiness` (the deterministic validator) to admit or refuse the run. Runs as a configured slot, not the user `/` menu.

Groom the backlog in both directions — find problems (dupes, vague tickets, stale blockers, dead weight), surface structural diagnostics (cycles, ghost-project pointers, repeat-parks, splittable specs), and promote ready issues to Todo. Trigger for: 'tidy' / 'clean up' / 'backlog' / 'groom' / 'mess'.

Full nlspec-format spec producer for the `spec` slot — the heavy, formal counterpart to the lite default. Runs via faff-prep, not the user `/` menu.

Default `ship` producer — merges a gate-cleared PR through the faff merge-gate interlock (never a raw gh merge), no-op deploy-readiness, emits a native delivery result + a faff-contract:delivery-outcome block faff-graft consumes. Swap for a deploy-capable producer. Runs as a configured slot, not the user `/` menu.

L4 adversarial occupant of the `spec_review` slot — runs each enabled review lens (architectural / infosec / methodology / QA) as an INDEPENDENT refuter prompted to break the spec, then aggregates the refutations onto the fixed `faff-contract:spec-review-verdict` by majority/severity. Swap-in for the single-pass default; runs as a configured slot, not the user `/` menu.

Author or validate a faff slot skill. Scaffolds a new adaptor/producer/methodology so it carries the correct refer-back prose and maps onto the fixed gateway contract, and validates that an existing slot skill conforms. Default `adr` producer — authors the Nygard body (Context/Decision/Consequences) of an architecture decision record at graft time, from a settled decision plus the spec rationale and the existing docs/adr log. The single ADR-authoring producer. Runs as a configured slot, not the user `/` menu.

Roadmap synthesis — outcome initiatives, the workstreams under them, the dependency chains between them, and whether the trigger gates can actually fire. The strategic view above /faff-wtf. Default `architecture` slot occupant — the generative architecture/infra PROPOSER. Reads the team's infra profile + the brief/spec and proposes one best-fit, build-biased, production-grade architecture, emitting a founded `faff-contract:architecture-proposal` block + ADR promotion intent. Agile-delivery `methodology` lens — answers backlog/build named-outputs through seven delivery principles (right-sizing, value-by-risk sequencing, surfaced deps). Opinionated alternative to the thematic default. Runs as a configured slot, not the user `/` menu.

Default `methodology` lens (`thematic`) — opinion-free analysis that reflects the tracker topology: ordering by unlock value, gating on decision closure, composing the shared structural/topology floor (cycle + ghost-project detection).
