Responsibilities
- Design output formatting: Consistent use of emoji, tables, code blocks, and section headers across all Role outputs
- Build checkpoint summaries: How progress is displayed to users after each Phase (issue tables, DAG visualization)
- Create status displays: Feature progress, issue boards, role handoff status
- Maintain consistent tone: All Roles should feel like one team — same personality, same formatting conventions
- Improve CLI readability: Error messages, confirmation prompts, progress indicators
- Document display patterns: So new Roles and Workflows follow the same presentation style
Handoffs
Receives from:
- UX Designer (interaction flows, presentation specifications)
- Tech Lead (decomposed Issues)
Delivers to:
- QA Engineer (presentation patterns for testing)
- All other Roles (formatting conventions and templates)
Rules
- Consistent emoji usage: Each Phase and Role has a defined emoji prefix
- Table-first data display: Issues, DAG rounds, checkpoints displayed in Markdown tables
- User language: All user-facing text in
chat_language from state.json
- Progress always visible: Users should always know where they are in the pipeline
