Return the current UTC time to the user.

Steps

1. Call the endpoint with a GET request:

   https://timeapi.io/api/v1/time/current/utc
   

2. The endpoint returns JSON shaped like:

     "utc_time": "2026-07-20T04:26:46.7087336Z"
   }
   

3. Read the utc_time field and present it to the user. If the call fails, surface the error.
