Use this skill before making a paper code repository public.

Workflow

1. Inspect repository structure and identify the reader's first successful run.
2. Check for secrets, tokens, internal paths, private URLs, and unreleased assets.
3. Verify license, citation, contribution, and third-party dependency notes.
4. Make install and demo instructions reproducible from a clean checkout.
