Use when a full-stack business delivery needs repeatable browser E2E evidence. This wrapper reuses the existing playwright skill for browser mechanics, but adds PACE delivery rules: start FE/BE/DB only from runtime-env, write rerunnable tests from requirements and contracts, capture evidence, and feed results into runtime-verify and delivery reports.
