/athena-init — 项目初始化 (Codex, v9.9.3)

Memory contract: Tier1 working memory is non-authoritative; Tier2 persistent memory is the created .ai_state; _index.md retrieval router owns bounded recovery pointers/history.

触发

用户在新项目首次要求初始化 Athena. 已 init 的项目 → 跳过, 提示用 athena-status 查状态.

工作流 (按顺序)

Step 4: 创建 .ai_state/ 目录 (v9.9.3 Tier2 schema)

Step 5: 复制 _index.md 模板 + 填入探测结果

主 agent 把探测值写入 frontmatter:

• cx_version, cc_version, ag_callable
• tools_available.{context7_cli, rg_available, jq_available, vm_available}
• platforms_enabled
• platform_features.{cx_spawn_agent, cx_plan_mode_reasoning_effort, ag_parallel_subagents, ag_headless_p}

判定规则:

• cx_spawn_agent = true if CX_VERSION >= 0.128
• cx_plan_mode_reasoning_effort = true when the installed Codex supports that config field
• ag_parallel_subagents = ag_callable; ag_headless_p = ag_callable

Step 6: 总结 + 给用户

主 agent 输出 markdown 总结: 探测到的平台 / 可用工具表 / 缺失但建议安装的工具 / 下一步 (说出第一个任务 → 路由 PACE).

例外

• 非 git 项目: 拒绝, 提示先 git init
• 模板缺失: fallback 内置 minimum template (保留 Athena 核心 frontmatter 字段)
• 已 init 又跑: 不覆盖, 显式问"重新初始化?会清空 .ai_state/"

路径无关

athena-init 不进任何 PACE stage, stage="(none)" → 等用户首条任务再路由.
