When the user says start remote control, open remote control, or control this session from my phone, call the remote_control MCP tool from the wip-codex-remote-control MCP server.

Use the current Codex session. Do not ask the user to use /remote-control; Codex uses natural-language tool invocation for this package.

Return the generated https://wip.computer/login?next=/codex-remote-control/<threadId> URL, the session title, and the UUID.

If the MCP server is unavailable, run codex mcp list and verify wip-codex-remote-control is present. If it is missing, tell the user the Codex MCP registration is missing and run the documented install or registration path only with their install approval.
