Sweep Wolf calendars and the DMP calendar for OoO mirroring, tag-line normalization, and DMP conflict detection. Auto mode is silent and runs once per day, fired by the first worklog-touching skill that creates today's worklog file. Interactive mode (default) does the full sweep.

Record an informal thought to the daily thoughts file. Argument: $ARGUMENTS (the thought to capture).
Append to: ~/Vaults/Notes/0-log/thoughts/YYYY/MM/YYYY-MM-DD.md
Create year and month directories as needed.
Use $ARGUMENTS as the thought content.
Important: Preserve the user's words exactly. Do not:
